Visitors with reduced mobility

Wheelchairs and strollers may be used throughout the aquarium.

Restrooms and Family Facilities

There is a restroom and nursing room at the entrance of the aquarium. To ensure a pleasant experience, we recommend visiting the restrooms before your visit.

  • Can I use a wheelchair at COEX Aquarium?

    Yes, you can use a wheelchair at COEX Aquarium.

    We have elevators on each floor, allowing you to move around.

  • Can I rent a wheelchair at COEX Aquarium?

    Yes, wheelchair rental is available within the aquarium and is subject to availability.

    There are 3 units available for rental on a first-come first-served basis at the ticket office. Kindly note that your ID is required when renting a wheelchair.

  • Where is the wheelchair entrance at COEX Aquarium?

    Guests using wheelchairs or other mobility devices can enter by using the elevator next to the ticket counter. If you need assistance, please ask a team member. Our team members will be happy to assist you.

  • Can strollers be used at COEX Aquarium?

    Yes, you can use strollers at COEX Aquarium. Please fold your stroller when using the entrance/exit escalator.

    Stroller rental is available at COEX Mall. For detailed information, please contact the COEX stroller rental office at 02-6002-5312.

    The aquarium does not provide a rental service for strollers, however we do have a designated area where you can park your stroller.
