Users must not use the information obtained by using “COEX Aquarium” for commercial purposes or allow a third party to use the information obtained by using “COEX Aquarium” by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without the prior consent of “COEX Aquarium”.

The company is exempt from service provision obligations or liability for damages in the following cases .

If the service cannot be provided due to a natural disaster or other force majeure
If service use is disrupted due to the member's fault
Damages resulting from the member's failure to obtain the expected benefits from the company's service provision or the member's choice or use of service materials
The reliability and accuracy of information, data, and facts posted by members on the service.

“COEX Aquarium” establishes and operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and compensate for the damage.
“COEX Aquarium” gives priority to complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the user will be notified immediately of the reason and processing schedule.
Disputes that arise between “COEX Aquarium” and users may be subject to mediation by the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee established pursuant to Article 28 of the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce and Article 15 of the Enforcement Decree.

Lawsuits related to electronic transaction disputes arising between “COEX Aquarium” and users shall be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Korean law applies to electronic transaction lawsuits filed between “COEX Aquarium” and users.

These terms and conditions take effect from January 1, 2020.

These terms and conditions are written in Korean language. If these terms are available in other languages and there are discrepancies between the versions, the Korean version shall prevail.
